Ordering & shipping

Which provinces do you ship to?

All ten Canadian provinces and all three territories. Orders ship from our Toronto, Ontario warehouse.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $12.99 CAD. It is free on Ontario orders over $100 CAD, and free on orders over $200 CAD everywhere else in Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–15 business days. Delivery time varies with province, carrier volume and seasonal weather. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay, processed securely through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

Do you sell wholesale to mosques and stores?

Zamzam water

Is your Zamzam water authentic?

Yes. It is sourced through the official Saudi National Water Company distribution channel in Makkah and arrives factory-sealed. We never decant, re-bottle or re-seal. If a bottle reaches you with a broken seal, contact us immediately.

What sizes do you sell?

A 5L household bottle at $49.99 CAD and a 330ml travel bottle at $9.99 CAD. The 5L bottle is the same format pilgrims carry back from Hajj and Umrah.

How should Zamzam water be stored?

Keep the sealed bottle out of direct sunlight and away from heat. An unopened bottle keeps indefinitely for practical purposes; once opened, refrigerate and use within a few weeks.

Dates, miswak & saffron

Which date varieties do you carry?

Ajwa in 400g and 800g packs, plus a 2kg mixed box containing Ajwa, Safawi, Mabroom and Sukkari. All are sourced from farms in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.

How should dates be stored?

Sealed at room temperature for everyday use, or refrigerated to extend freshness for several months. Let refrigerated dates warm for about 20 minutes before serving.

What grade is your saffron?

ISO 3632 Grade I — the highest international saffron grade — hand-harvested in Pampore, Kashmir, independently lab-tested and batch-traceable. Sold in 1g and 2g light-blocking tins.

Are your wudu socks valid for masah?

Yes. They are certified for masah by qualified scholars, with a fully waterproof outer layer and a breathable three-layer construction.
