We offer Standard shipping, Expedited shipping, Local delivery, and Pickup options.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time: 5–15 BUSINESS DAYS. Delivery times vary based on location, carrier volume, weather/seasonal delays, and country.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Ontario: Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
- Rest of Canada: Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD
- Standard Shipping: $12.99 CAD for orders below the free shipping threshold
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 Business days. Weekend and holiday orders process the next business day.
5. Tracking Information
Customers receive tracking numbers via email once orders ship, with updates dependent on the carrier.
6. Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs issues, weather, or carrier backlogs.
7. International Shipping
Currently International shipping is not available to the United States.
